How should I wash printed garments?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean

Do you carry any other material than 100% Cotton?

Yes we do. Many of our products are 100% Cotton and many other products are blends of polyester and cotton for different feels.

Can I have a special request for a different color shirt?

Absolutely! If you want a different color shirt just contact customer service. No additional charge will be included but it will take a couple more days if we don’t have a color in stock.

I placed my order and my card was charged. When will my order ship?

We create all of our products to order, just for you, in our shop in Dayton Ohio and in our partner’s shop in North Carolina or California. Georgia. Orders typically take about 3-7 business days to produce. If is a pre-order item the item will not start shipping till the date set in the product.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

Depending on the postal carrier you select, and your proximity to our shop shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If is an international or an APO/FPO address, it will take longer and depends on the location.

We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during holidays or specific high traffic days (Cyber Monday, etc). If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact Customer Service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time.

What does “Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Unfulfilled” mean?

“Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Unfulfilled” means that we have received your order and it will promptly be put into our line of production. As soon as it is put into production, the status will change to “Awaiting Shipment.”

How do I go about exchanging or returning my product?

Here at Warrior Unlimited Apparel, we want you to know that we got your back. If an item is a wrong size, you order the wrong item please contact our customer service team at contact@warriorunlimitedapparel.com so we can send you a return label. Once you receive the label, complete the return/exchange form that came with your package and send it back to us! Please make sure you specify what size you need or any other important information like order ID number that came along with any updated shipping information. For defective items such as holes, tears, loose strings, or design flaws, let our customer service staff know.

On T-shirts, even if Freedom got you all pumped and the item broke, let us know, we will send you a new one! Just take a few pics, send them to contact@warriorunlimitedapparel.com with the information as described above and done!

There was an issue with my order. What should I do?

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate/Card for Warrior Unlimited Apparel?

You can purchase a Gift Certificate/Card anytime on our website. We will send the gift certificate to the email address that you provide as the “Recipient”. If you would like the Gift Certificate sent to you, enter your email address, and you can print it at home. These will be emailed immediately.

How do your shirts fit?

All measurements for the products are located at the bottom of each product page. They fit snug if you think it might be too small order a larger size. If the product doesn't fit right contact our customer service and we will send you a new one. 

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase. Some coupons are for specific items only.

Are Warrior Unlimited Apparel items made in the U.S.?

Some items are 100% made in America, and all use 100% American-grown cotton. Some shirts are assembled outside of the U.S. to keep costs down All are designed, printed, packaged and shipped from our headquarters in Ohio by veterans and Patriots.

My order says “pending.” What does that mean?

Your gear has been processed and we’re getting it out the door just as fast as we can (it’s going to be a shorter wait than the VA, so don’t complain).

The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?

Wipe your single manly tear from your beard, and keep an eye on our website. If the listing is still there, we will likely reproduce it.

Do you ship internationally?

Oh hell yeah! We want everybody to represent this great country everywhere! Yes. If you have trouble navigating the checkout process for international shipments, contact Customer Service.

For APO/FPO addresses, please ensure that your shipping information is properly formatted. Here is an example of a properly formatted address:

My Store Credit/Gift Card Code is not working. What do I do?

Contact Customer Service for help with processing Gift Cards and Store Credit.

Do you carry Tall or Large sizes?

Yes, we do! Freedom and Patriotism sometimes swell up or its just born with a whole lot of it so we have to provide the means for that.
